Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. You can transfer your ticket to another person by forwarding the e-ticket email. For event cancellations by the organizer, full refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Yes. Most of our events follow a smart-casual or upscale dress code. Sportswear, flip-flops, and tank tops are generally not permitted. Specific dress code details are included in your event confirmation email.
